At SNLApparel, we believe in the power of Joy and great outfits! If your purchase isn’t hitting the heavenly mark, don’t worry—our return and exchange policy has got your back.

Our Policy (Because We Like to Keep Things Divine)
1. **30 Days of Grace:** You’ve got 30 days from the moment your package arrives to return or exchange your item. Think of it as a grace period—no judgment here!
2. **Brand New Condition:** Make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, and free of any body odors, fragrances, or pet hair. (We love your pets, but we prefer to keep things fresh!)
3. **Final Sale Items:** Some items are marked as final sale, meaning they’re just too good to send back. These are non-returnable—like that last slice of pizza you never want to share!
4. **U.S. Only:** This policy is valid for orders placed within the United States. Sorry, international friends—your kindness will have to wait a bit longer.
The Return Journey
Your return might take a few days to reach us, and once it does, we’ll need a few business days to process it. Be sure to keep your tracking number—it’s your proof of return and a great conversation starter if your package goes on an unexpected adventure!
**Note:** We’re not responsible for items lost in the mail. If that happens, contact your carrier—after all, they’re the ones with the tracking abilities!

Starting Your Return
Ready to make a change? Email us at snlapparelcontact@gmail.com to kick off your return. If it’s approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Just a friendly reminder: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, let us know immediately so we can Help and make it right!

Exchanges
Want something else? The quickest way to snag what you want is to return your item first, and once that’s accepted, you can place a new order. Easy peasy!
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just remember, it may take your bank or credit card company a little longer to post it. If it’s been over 15 business days since we approved your return, give us a shout at
